Rich, Cathy, Steph and Neil. I am so sorry, words will never be able to take away the pain and loss you are feeling. I have such sweet memories of Sam. From the minute you found out you were pregnant, then you were having twins and then the journey began. She always made us smile and I know Randy had a special love for her, and I think she felt the same (as crazy as she thought he was). I can not imagine what you are going through and I am so sorry I could not be there to hug you all. I know how much she loved Quaker and I think of them both together again and smile.
I hope your memories of Sam will help ease the pain. You are so lucky to have been able to share 27 years with such a beautiful girl and she was lucky too, to have had such a supportive loving family.
All my love,

Whilst we never met Samantha, nor indeed any of our relatives in Canada, she was nevertheless part of our extended family and we feel for your loss at this very sad time. But we gain comfort in the knowledge that you will all have the love and support of nearby family and friends.

All our love and best wishes,

Love Jan & Roger,

I kept saying that she made a big impact on this world... because it's true. She was a very dear person and will always be remembered as a strong, beautiful woman... who has great taste in music! I'm very lucky to have met her. You are a one of a kind family and know that she is always looking down on you, and will always be by your side. We love you, Roscovich family. - love, Chambers/Brookes family

Caring, Generous, funny, unique, special. These are just some words that best describe Samantha, but 1 word comes to my mind and that's FRIEND!

Sam always had a way to make you smile when you were feeling down. She always had the right choice of words to say or sometimes just her smile said it all.

Samantha's laugh was contagious!!

Just the other day a group of us all got together at the old survey park where we shared many laughs together and we released a bunch of purple balloons in honour of Samantha. For old time sake Mr. Phillips let out a couple whistles signalling us it was time to go home, which is what he had done when we all were growing up.

Rich, Cathy, Stephanie I can't imagine what your going through or what I can say to help ease the pain, but all I can say is we've all had lots of good times and fun memories to help us get through today, tomorrow and from here on. Sam is finally with her old pal Quaker, and yes Sam always said 'I love you' even though shes not here physically, but spiritually she is and she will always say it.

I want everyone to hold onto all the memories we shared with our dear friend, daughter, sister, cousin, and grand daughter because I know that is what Samantha would have wanted.

It is with great sadness when I heard of Samantha's sudden passing. Words cannot describe who Samantha was, & words cannot describe the loss we all are feeling now. I don't understand why someone so wonderful is taken so early, but this somehow will help me to become a better person, knowing my Samantha's attitude of life. May God give you eternal rest & may your soul rest in peace, I will always love you.- Good Bye 4 Now Sammy.

Cathy Rich,& Stephanie

I'm sorry I am unable to be with you on today.
With heartfelt sympathy& understanding thoughts, words cannot take your pain away, but please be strong God will help to ease the pain, I love you all

On behalf of the Hamilton Dystonia Support Group, I send our deep condolences at this difficult time. We knew Samantha only briefly, but recognized that she was a brave, brilliant warrior.
