Sandra Jane Mara

Suddenly on January 22, 2012 at her home, in her 70th year. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Mike (Tammy) Dyer, Karen Hartnett, Kathy (Dave) McDonald, Shelley (John) Boylan, Christine Dyer and Gary Dyer (Lisa). A cherished grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 3. She will be sadly missed by her brother Jim (Barb) Calder. Predeceased by Ken Dyer and John Mara. Sandy remained very active in numerous organizations and charities. Visitation will be held at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King Street East (across from Gage Park at the delta) on Wednesday January 25 from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 9 pm. Funeral Service at Laidlaw Memorial United Church (155 Ottawa Street North at Cannon) on Thursday January 26 at 11 am. Cremation and a private family interment will follow.
