Shirley Mary Love

Widow of Bernard Love (1996). Loving mother of Sandra Richardson (Wayne) and Jacquie Spicer (David). Proud grandmother of Lisa Richardson Campbell (Bruce), Joel Richardson (Sue), Josh Richardson (Ansley), Aaron Spicer (Aprille), Nathan LoweSpicer (Rebecca) and great grandmother of 9. Shirley was predeceased by her daughter Jacquie, son-in-law David, and siblings John (Sybil), Karn (Kay), Kathryn (Gerry) and Judy. She is survived by siblings Robert (Rita) and Carolyn (Doug). Shirley hated balloons, firecrackers, and loud noises in general and worried about everything. She loved cleaning, playing the piano and organ, dinner guests, baking pies and the best butter tarts, her family, and long hot baths. Never without lipstick and always looking like a million bucks, she had a great sense of humour, a lovely smile and believed in sharing a compliment with a stranger. We're sad she is gone but forever grateful for the time and love we shared together. Thanks to the caring and compassionate staff at Idlewyld Manor. In Remembrance, contributions to Idlewyld Manor, a charity of your choice and/or compliment a stranger. At Shirley's request, a private family service has taken place with burial in the Culver family plot at the Greenwood Cemetery in Waterford.
