Peacefully, passed away at Grace Villa Nursing Home on December 11, 2014, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Eva for 58 years. Loving father of George (the late Tracey) and Richard (Karen). Cherished Dziadzia of Justin, Brittany and Matthew. Stanley will be fondly remembered by relatives and friends in Canada and Poland, was a longtime member of the Polish Legion Branch 315 and a retired employee of Stelco with 40 years of dedicated service. Special thanks to Grace Villa Nursing Home for their exceptional care. Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7- 8 p.m. followed by Rosary Service at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stanislaus Polish Roman Catholic Church, 8 St. Ann Street, on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment in Holy Souls Mausoleum, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
