Peacefully passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at the age of 67. Lovingly remembered by Janina and his daughters Teresa and Gordana and his son-in-law Miroslav. Proud grandfather of Ariana. Dear brother of Marica and uncle of Ervin. Steve will always be fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends in Canada and Croatia. Visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers at 7:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Catholic Church, 1883 King Street East on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
