Born on January 20, 1964 in Geraldton, Ontario to parents Robert and Doris Coxe.
She will be lovingly remembered by her brother Robert and sister Sandra Welsh. nieces and nephews Gwendolyn and Moses Coxe and Casey Beal and Brooke Faucher and great-nieces and nephews Kaitee, Cali, Edward, and Quinn.
Tammy was in the care of Rygiel Supports for Community Living where she will be deeply missed by all her housemates, friends and support staff.
Tammy loved going for walks and playing with her cards.
Cremation has taken place and private services will be held to honour her.
