I have a few special memories that stand out in my mind about my Dido.  Sorry Mom and Dad, I do recall faking sick a few times because I knew that meant I got to spend the day with Baba and Dido while you were both at work!  These sick days still resulted in trips to Wendy’s!  I remember a tie dye hat Dido bought me from Wendy’s.  I treasured that hat.  
When I got older, I remember being excited to take a morning off work.  I would go to have coffee with my Dad and Dido.  I loved his accent, laugh and stories.  I just wanted to sit and listen to him talk.  I was fascinated with his stories.  Making skates from coat hooks, and giving the donkeys or horses a little kick in the bum to get them running around, bargaining skills during the war for cigarette if I remember correctly.  His huge smile and uncontrollable laughter as he told these stories made me so happy.  I will cherish these memories forever.  I am so happy Dido and Baba are together again (with Aunty Jean!) I will love you forever, your granddaughter Laurence (Lauren) 

On my wedding day, Friday, October 22nd, 2010 Dido's big, blue Pontiac was my ride to the venue. Although Dido was unable to attend my wedding it was still important to me that he still be a part of my special day. 
Dido was an amazing person who had seen so much in his 100 years!
I have so many fond memories of my Dido&Baba.
We spent many school breaks with them while my mom and dad were at work.  Dido&Baba would arrive in his big, blue car everyday to take Lauren and I for lunch. Our daily lunch trips were to Wendy's on Upper James, Limeridge Mall or Centre Mall food courts.  Dido always had to finish our Limeridge lunch dates with a trip to The Pet Store while Baba patiently awaited our return.  Dido enjoyed greeting and talking to his feathered friend, a parrot while Lauren and I peaked at all the cute puppies, kitties, and bunnies.
I will always remember Dido's great laugh and all his silly stories.  I took pride in the fact that Dido and I were the only two with hazel eyes in a family of brown eyed beauties.
I hope that Dido is pleased that his great-grandson, Jared, will keep the Mucha name alive for at least another generation.
I love you Dido and hope you are enjoying your reunion with Baba, Auntie Jean, and all your family and friends that have passed before you.

What I will remember of Bill is that from the first time we met, and every time after, how he was easy to have a conversation with and took interest in what you had to say.  Thinking of Wally and Ruby and the entire Mucha family thru this time. 

I remember a special occasion with my Father, I had great times fishing, but this story was when I took my Father to Copps Coliseum.  It was Canada against the Russians .  I bought us a bag of peanuts and he was into them during warm ups.  We were on the Russian side of the ice , my dad was watching them and at that time they did not have their names on their jerseys.  At the bottom of their sweaters was in Russian, Red Army.  That’s when he noticed and turned to me and said there were a lot of guys on the their team were brother’s.  I laughed so hard it brought tears to my eyes.  Later in the game the crowd was doing the wave , it was then I noticed that he was putting the peanut shells in his hat so as not to dirty the floors.  When the wave came around I participated, my father did the same only with one hand and in the other the hat full of shells and with his perfect English he asked “ why we do this thing “ .  That’s the only hockey game I went home with sore sides from laughing hard .  On the way out he stopped at one of the trash cans to empty the shells from his hat , then telling me that fans had no respect throwing all there garbage on the floor , that they were “ dirty pigs “ 
He did enjoy the Canadian’s wining but was still upset because he believed that it was disrespectful to Mayor Victor Copps and his arena.  That was my father to  a tee.
My he rest in clean peace.  Miss you already.

I loved watching my Dad's early Saturday morning ritual, shaving then splashing on some Old Spice and off to the Farmers Market. He once bought a flat of strawberries. I enquired why knowing he was allergic, he replied because they are Fresh ! I have so many fond memories of us fishing, getting just the right V twig ,shove  in ground then place fishing pole on with dandelion flower at tip . Then build a  fire and drink coffee from thermos. I'll miss you Dad, your sense of humour, generous heart, and "I love you too " after each phone call !

I remember the first time I met Bill. It was 1977. Wally who was dating my sister Ruby, took Elaine, who I was engaged to and myself to meet hid dad at his home. He proudly showed me the bathroom he was renovating. It was taking forever to do after work. But he was not upset at all about how long it was taking, instead taking pride in how it was coming along. Over the years it was that same easy going, good nature that I looked forward to whenever we got to meet.
