Zofia Kwarczynski

Peacefully called home to be with the Lord, on May 1, 2014 in her 94th year. Loving wife of the late Czeslaw Kwarczynski. Devoted mother to Irene (Fred) Fischer, Donna Kwarczynski, Zigmunt (Janice) Kwarczynski and Luke Kwarczynski. Proud grandmother and Babcia “Baba” to her adoring grandchildren Christine Fischer (Adrian Alvarado), Mike (Michelle) Fischer, Kathryn (Dave) Mercanti, Stefan Kwarczynski and Kristyn Kwarczynski. Zofia was blessed with six great-grandchildren who will also miss her dearly: Nathan, Stephanie, Matthew, Nicholas, Emily and Joshua. She will be fondly remembered by her family in Poland, especially her sister Halina Sawa. The family would like to express sincere gratitude to the staff at St. Joseph’s Villa (Primrose Lane) in Dundas for the exceptional care for Zofia over the past 8 years. Your kindness and compassion will always be remembered. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or St. Joseph’s Villa is appreciated. Visitation at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave E, on Sunday, May 4 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Villa Chapel, 56 Governors Rd, Dundas on Monday, May 5, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
