

She was born on February 11, 1935 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Walter and Charlotte Hubbard.
While working as an x-ray technician she met the love of her life Dr. Thomas O. Savidge. They were married on August 8, 1959 and were together for 62 years before he passed on May 16, 2022. They enjoyed every moment of their lives together having the same interests, hobbies and love of travel.
She is survived by her son Thomas O. Savidge Jr. and wife Elizabeth. Grandchildren Jessica Rose and husband Gilchrist, Erin Wiercinski and husband Josh, Trevor Savidge and partner Alexandria James, Mallory Bowling and husband Jon and great grandchildren Everly Rose, Sullivan Rose, Lennox Rose, Winslet Rose, Arden Rose, Declan Wiercinski, Beckett Wiercinski, Maeve Savidge and Grady Savidge; Son Timothy W. Savidge and wife Margaret, and grandchildren Bryant Savidge, Daniel Savidge and Kathryn Savidge; son Trent D. Savidge and wife Monica, grandchildren Hannah Savidge and Rebecca Savidge; brothers Walter “Butch” Hubbard, John Hubbard and sister Collen Rinker.
Preceded in death by husband, Thomas O. Savidge and great grandchild Cora A. Wiercinski.
Jacqueline always enjoyed a good meal and a nice shopping spree and had many hobbies that kept her life busy and fulfilled. Her love of reading, puzzles, challenging crosswords, rug making, basket weaving, porch swinging, decorating, all things chocolate, stylish outfits and accessories, holidays, traveling, bird watching, beach visits, and daily walks will forever flow over and be carried on by those that loved her. She was dedicated to her family and strived to create continuous connections, solid traditions, and meaningful memories. Her presence will be sorely missed but her legacy will undoubtedly forever live on.
She loved living her later years at Arbor Landing in Hampstead, NC where she had many friends and wonderful staff members. At her request, there will be no service but a family celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be made in her memory to your favorite charity.
