Buster was born November 1, 1951, in Weems, Virginia. He spent many of his younger years working on the water. In 1996 he moved to Yorktown where he continued his career. After retiring he took interest in woodworking, welding, and being in the great outdoors.
Proceeded in death, his parents Otis and Eugenia Abbott, and his sister, Katheleen A. King.
Left to cherish his memories are his only daughter, Adrienne A. Abbott, former wife, Sheila Conner Effler, and three sisters, Marianne A. Jackson of Warsaw, VA, Geneva A. Fisher of Bishopville, SC, Jeanette A. Campbell of Poquoson, VA as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
