Beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend, Amy Ostrom passed away on May 5, at 39 years young.
She loved life, and lived fully. Her memory will always live on in her cherished children, Emily and Taylor Ostrom and stepson Dylan Smith. Their father and Amy’s longtime love, Kevin Ostrom remains to care for and support their family. She was born in Newport News, Virginia and lived there her entire short life. Both of her daughters were also born in Newport News. Amy is also survived by her parents Darrell and Deborah Olmstead, her brother Brian and his wife Melanie Olmstead, her sister Crystal Olmstead, 6 nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles, and countless friends. During Amy’s short life she was loved by many and loved many. She had a big heart and always carried a big smile. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
