

Ann was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and had been a Hampton resident for the past 47 years. She was a wonderful Mother who truly loved her husband, children, grandchildren and family above all else. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and was a member of various church clubs. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her. She will always be in our hearts, and we look forward to the day we will be with her again in Heaven. We will always love her.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Steven E. Foster and Everett J. Foster, Jr.; granddaughter, Katherine Debra Foster; parents, Frank and Sebastiana Noé; and brothers, Joe, Vinny, Carl and Frankie Noé. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Everett J. Foster, Sr.; children, Mike Foster and wife Toni, Ronnie Foster, Frankie Foster, Julie Dean and husband Floyd, all of Hampton, and Gail Crowder and husband Roland of Newport News; grandchildren, Rebecca Rose, Brian Michael, Christopher Butch, Matthew Dean, Hunter Crowder, Robyn Dean and Nicholas Crowder; great-grandson, Grayson Santos; sister, Josie Patania; brothers, Jimmy, Angelo and Santo Noé; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 14, at 3:30 pm at Parklawn Memorial Park.
