"Nanny" or "Nan", depending upon which grandchild you are speaking with, had an obsession with life – living every day as best she could! Her passions included her children, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her beloved cat, Johnny, slot machines and bus trips – any trip, for that matter, reading, crossword puzzles and crocheting. Oh, how she loved jokes and funny stories – she could tell them as well as laugh at them!
Anna was also proud to work at the Coates & Clark Zipper Factory in Newport News, VA for 25 years.
Family and friends are welcome to attend graveside services at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 24 at Parklawn Memorial Park.
The family wishes to thank St. Francis Nursing Center in Newport News, and Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice for all their love and care.
