Barbara Earles Garrett

She attended Greenwood Holiness Church where she served as Sunday School Teacher, President of the Ladies Auxiliary, and choir member. Barbara also attended the World Outreach Center.

Barbara was preceded in rest by her husband, Harold V. Garrett; parents, Willie Earles and Mattie Earles Setliff; sister, Christine Patterson. She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis (Bennie) Plessinger; two grandsons, Nicholas Plessinger and Christopher Plessinger; two great-grandchildren, Garrett and Amelia; brother, Tommy (Connie) Earles; sisters, Virginia Houston, Billie Rogers, Gloria Holmes, Judy Wright; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 10:00 to 11:00 am, Monday, August 8, 2016 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Barbara’s life will follow at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment in Parklawn Memorial Park.
