Blanche E. Reaph, age 98, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2012 in Waverly, Virginia. She was a native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania and a resident of Elberon, Virginia.
Blanche was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph M. Reaph, and is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Young.
