Bruce C Schultz

Bruce is survived by his two sons, Dan Schultz (Sylvia) and Stan Schultz (SuzAnne) of Poquoson, Virginia; ten grandchildren: Thomas, Christopher, Katie, Marissa, Chase, Christina, Joshua, Jeremy, Rachel, and Jessica and eight great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years Myrtle Kay Schultz and his daughter, Tammy Jo Gray.

Bruce was a native of Indiana and resided in Hampton with his family for the past 31 years. He served his country honorably in the US Navy and worked for DECA as a Commissary Director for many years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a friend to many. He was a devoted care giver to his wife of 65 years, loved a good round of golf and enjoyed many lasting friendships.

The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, August 6th from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home Chapel, 2551 North Armistead Avenue, Hampton, VA. 23666, followed by an interment at Peninsula Memorial Park, 12750 Warwick Boulevard, Newport News, VA 23606.
