I lost touch with  him over the years as happens in our lives. I knew him at Langley where I began training in hapkido with him. We both then went to Korea for a tour where we trained under a master there and we visited Cheju do. He was an exceptional person, one in a million. I just came to Langley for the first time since 1992 and found this out. He affected many lives with positive influences through his example of discipline in life and high moral character. 

Such a true and decent man and friend. He will NEVER be forgotten.

I still can't believe you are not here, Dad. You were a good father - responsible, upright, generous, supportive, and fun.  I respect that you and mom wanted to raise a family and were committed to the process.  You both made many sacrifices.  You and mom sough to help others and were kind to others. Angie and I will strive to carry on these traits as a legacy of the Lundy/Peavy/Ko lineage and testimony of Christ. Thank you for everything. May Yahuah bless you and may we rise with you on the day of Resurrection, In Yahusha (Jesus) name. HalleluYAH.

Bro  Lundy when we talked about your accomplishments in this life ,they were inpressive. You were truly an inspiration to many including myself, within our Gospel Church Service on Langley AFB. And I just want to say Thank You . So rest in Christ and receive your Great Reward. Amen

To the Family and Friends of Brother Lundy, we express our condolences and love to you. May you be comforted by God's grace and mercy. Brother Lundy was a wonderful brother and friend. He allowed the Lord's Spirit to lead him. He always had an engaging conversation and encouraging comment.  He also believed in making this world a better place. I'll always remember Mr. Lundy as one of the very first father figures in my life. He was warm and welcoming to me. He would include me in activities with his girls whenever he was around. He was always kind and caring. 

Even when we later crossed paths once I was an adult. We would check in with each other from time to time. He showed me nothing but kindness and caring.

I met Sergeant Lundy at Langley Air Force Base. We worked midnight shift and I cherish the memories of him pulling up to my post with that huge smile.   I had a lot of conversations with him about life in general. I haven't seen him in 30 some years but he still has an effect on my life by the way he carried himself. Rest in peace

Carlton and I shared many things in common. Our mutual love for martial arts brought us together. He was a mentor, teacher, friend and brother. He meant so much to our family and we will miss him dearly.   

A true mentor and friend. He will forever remain in our hearts.

Carlton  I will truly miss you and I was  very  sad to hear of your  passing. Also I will  also miss  our talks ,your big beautiful smile and the fun that you had given to me. Rest In Peace 


I met Carlton while assigned to Langley AFB, he always tried to get me into his martial arts and away from the weights.  I also saw him singing in the mens choir at Gethsemane Baptist church.  Rest well brother. 

I met Old Sarge during my Air Force days at Langley AFB. I can tell you without hesitation how great of a man, friend and Air Force brother he was to me and so many others. I had the pleasure of speaking with him in person about this time last year and it didn't amaze me that he was still that man. When we spoke, he always ended with "To God Be The Glory".  My family and I wish to extend our sincere condolences to you. When your sorrows seems too much to bear, reach back and grab some of those good memories. I know I will.
