Carolyn Sue Phillips

Carolyn Sue Phillips, age 71, of Hampton, Virginia passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022. Carolyn was born January 5, 1951 in Richmond, Virginia. A note from her daughter Chelsea- Hi All, I have been trying my best to write a beautiful sentiment about my mother. The past week has been hard for me. I do plan to update this page with tons of memories and pictures. We will be hosting a celebration of life for her in the near future. I will decide on a date soon.
