A native of the Philippines, Mr. Miranda was born on July 15, 1925 in Magalang, Pampanga. He was the carpenter for the 1961 Communication Group at Clark Air Base, Philippines for many years before migrating to the U.S. with his wife, Pacita Miranda in 1988. They would go on to reside with his daughter, Erlinda Krager and her husband, Charles. Mr. Miranda attended Warwick Assembly of God Church and will be missed by many.
He is preceded in death by four sisters, Anna Cajutol, Paula Garcia, Teodora Ramos, and Juanita Llenareas. Survivors include his wife, Pacita; three sons, Cezar Jr., Reynaldo, and Angelito; two daughters, Erlinda Krager and Emma Miranda; fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Amelia Llera and Marcella Santos, both residents of Canada.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on January 2, 2021 at Warwick Assembly of God Church, 1228 Todds Lane, Hampton, VA.
