Connie Diane Dyson

Connie Diane Dyson, 74, a resident of Newport News for 55 years, passed away July 29, 2021. Connie retired from Southland Corp. in 2004 after 27 years. She is preceded in rest by Joseph Dyson. She is survived her son, Robert “Bobby” Lamm; daughter, Susan Long; two step-daughters, Theresa Sheftick and Julie Hubbard; four grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, August 6, 2021 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Connie’s life will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the gravesite at Hampton Memorial Gardens, 155 Butler Farm Road, Hampton, VA 23666.
