

Dan L. Brundage, 64, passed away at home on Tuesday, September 27, 2011. He was a native of New London, Ohio and a resident of Hampton for 25 years. Dan served honorably in the U.S. Navy as a FTM2 during the Vietnam era. He later became a journeyman electrician with Beta Systems, Inc. in Chesapeake.
Dan is survived by his wife of 45 years, Kaylene Carpenter Brundage; his son, Greg Brundage and wife, Dayna; daughters, Vicki Amos and husband Jeff, and Laura Elliott and husband Phil; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily and Catherine Amos, Matthew and Rebecca Brundage, and Madison and Kaylene Elliott; brother, Thomas Brundage and wife Ellen; brother-in-law, Dennis Carpenter and wife Cathy; sisters-in-law, Diane Seel and husband Dale, and Rachel Harner and husband Jack; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2011 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, with the service to begin at 3:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Don Swope.
