Born in Waco, Texas in 1964. She was a true warrior with her battles with diabetes, heart surgery, and recently cancer surgery and treatment.
Always caring and good hearted, she enjoyed helping others. Diana was a loving mother and wife. She was strong throughout every hardship she faced and remained positive, no matter the circumstances.
As a graduate from Poquoson High School and Christopher Newport University she spent her career as a data specialist for many years with Harris Publishing and then The Hampton Community Service Board.
For many years, Diana was a horse owner who loved to ride and compete which led her to judging horse shows and competitions throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Because of their love for all animals, Diana and our daughter Mikayla have donated lots of time to the Animal Aid Society. She also loved crafting and antiques which led to her business in Yorktown Virginia.
Diana is survived by her husband, Michael; daughter, Mikayla; parents Robert (Ladaria) Dely and Carol Oswald, who joined her daughter in eternal life this week on March 21, 2021; sister, Adrienne Soule; niece, Jessica Hodges; stepbrother Steven (Christine) Clemmons; and stepsister, Tammy Kleppinger. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Philip Oswald.
