The 1st time we met Mrs. Chisholm was at Kelly and Michael's wedding. We never really got to now her personally but heard a lot of wonderful things about her. She will be missed but believe that She is always with you!

I remember my grandfather (Don Lewis - Estelle's brother) and my grandma (Ruth, who passed in Nov.) talking to me about Aunt Estelle and telling me stories about Grandpa and his brothers and sisters. I know I only met her a few times, but I know that she is very missed and very loved by all of her family. I know that she was greeted warmly by all of the Lewis clan when she arrived in Heaven.
I enjoy doing family history and have an extensive family tree on Ancestry tracing my Lewis/Williams roots in VA and specifically the ESVA. I have a few photos of Aunt Estelle and her brothers and sisters and one of Plantation Creek that my Mom took many years ago that my grandfather loved. I hope you enjoy them and if I find more in the stacks of pictures that I have gone through since my grandmother's passing, I'd be happy to pass them on to you, just let me know.

I will always remember with a smile the time Grandma and I tried to make a pan of fudge. Grandma got out all the supplies and was ready to go. Before we got started I reminded her that Aunt Jennie always said you shouldn't make fudge on a damp day. She laughed and said it wasn't raining now so lets cross our fingers and give it a shot. I read her the directions and we got started. The directions read "have pan ready because fudge sets quickly." Three hours later we were eating the fudge with a spoon and laughing so hard we were crying. Grandma said "well I guess Jennie was right." We would recall that fudge caper often and laughed just as hard as they day it happened. I will miss your smile and laugh grandma... thank you for all the wonderful memories. I cherish them all. Love you always.

Although it's been many years since I last seen Skip, I do remember she was a woman of quick wit with much inner strength who loved her family dearly. Definitely the matriarch of the family. May the family take comfort in the memories they shared with her and knowing she is reunited with her loving husband. Now there are 2 angels in heaven to forever look after the family. My Condolences to the whole family. Terry Robbins
