He was a self-employed waterman.
He was preceded in rest by his wife, Joyce Fay Beitler. Frank is survived by two daughters, Shelia Marie Beitler (Mark Swackhammer) and Jane Elizabeth Beitler; son, Joseph Franklin Beitler (Jennifer Lynn); eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 4, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
