Franklin Clifford Vest, Sr., age 83, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 in Fort Myers, Florida. He was born in Clifton Forge, Virginia and was a resident of Cape Coral, Florida.
A graveside service will be held at at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Hampton-Veterans Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow.
