A public visitation for Frederick will be held Friday, December 16, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 North Armistead Ave, Hampton, Virginia 23666. A funeral service will occur Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 5405 Roanoke Ave, Newport News, VA.
