I too was so sad to hear Mr. Austin passed away.  We all know he is in a better place, but I know you still mourn the loss of the wonderful man you called Husband and Dad. Marie and Family - I was saddened to see Tim's picture in the paper.  Sorry we haven't kept in touch.  But we, on Pageland Drive still remember y'all and miss you.  Our prayers go out to you.

I want to say i remember pop for being one who would do what ever it took to get the job done. i also remember sitting and talking to pop in his office when we would be there early for the choure would practice. i also remember hel-ping pop and mom austin when they needed help but i enjoyed helping them. i would and will help them anyway i can and then there is mike and tammy they are also special to me as i have said before mike is like the bother i do not have and tammy is the other sister that i love and lets not forget mom would has been a real sweet and kind lady and a great inspriation to alot of people. i must say she has been strong threw it all and mom and i want to say we are going to miss pop but we know where he is although i am going to miss the greeting he would use on the phone or when you would see him at home or at church the words that would come from pop was greeting and salutations my friend. he always tryed to make you feel at home when you were at his house. and when special events come up at church pop was right there to help out. i am going to miss him. he give me someone to talk to when we were at church. we will all miss you pop love ya mom mike and tammy take care of each other we love ya.Emily and George

We were very sorry to hear of Tim's passing.  We regret that we did not have more time to enjoy his company during neighborhood gatherings.  We will remember him fondly and pray that Marie will find comfort in her friends and loved ones.

I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Tim.  I worked with Tim at the Richneck Road Office, and he was always a gentleman. I remember the times that he talked fondly of his family.  May God grant each of you peace and comfort during this time of grief.

"Greetings and Salutations" were the daily words spoken by Tim as he met those who composed his day. Added to those special words always came the southern draw spoken in the phrase "come on in he-ner." Tim was always reponding to some sort of issue. He was at all times responsible and accountable for the needs of all who he met. He conducted himself as a self motivated person who required no jump start to take of business. I know Tim is now serving his Master as he always said he would. Tim always was telling me "Carl we are just passing through in these old bodies." H eknew his calling somedady would come and he was always ready to be at service to his Lord and Saviour. God has Tim doing something special today. Tim you see was a very special person. Composed of love for others, composed of personal feelings of care, composed of thoughfulness and deep rooted emotions. You see Tim Austin was a Christian. Yes, he was as God planeed made in the likness of His Son Jesus Christ. Yes, Tim was a living the life he had mastered just as a farmer, just like the carpenter, just like the computer expert, just like one of the 12 who gave up their lives for service to God. You see in Tim's life there was God, then loved ones, providing care to others, making his living and last as always Tim. Greet us not sorrow when we think today about Tim, but arise in thoughts of glad tidings for Tim is now at home.

Marie, I remember when you and Tim were dating... and when your children were born.. I remember the bus route he was so faithful to and all the good times at First Church... Tim is special... and is now rejoicing... My heart goes out to you and Tammy and Michael...May God Bless you with his peace and comfort in this time...

Mom, Mike and Tammy, no words can make you feel better through this difficult time. But may you find peace in knowing that God is carrying you through this difficult time. Marie and family, I was shocked to hear of Tim's passing. He was a good friend and I will miss him very much at the bowling alley on Friday nights during the Fellowship Bowling League. He was a very nice person and always asked how others were doing. Let the peace of God comfort you in the time of your loss. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

I was truely sorry to hear about your loss. I would like for you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with during this time. Mom and Dad (Larry & Linda McCurry) also send you their deepest sympathies.

Mom,Tammy, and Miguel. I just wanted to tell yall that we love you and thanks for allowing me to be the other son pops had. I still remember the time when Pops and Mom were at a special dinner and me and Michael locked the truck keys in the old blue truck at the York County ball field and we thought we were in trouble. I still remember the day when Pops heard Mike still beleived in santa clause and was like 13-14 and coudln't believe it. Then the trip to Charolletsville yall invited me on when we where younger and stayed in the hotel with the train right behind us. One last memory I want to share is the day Michael and I were supposed to paint the picnic table and spilt the gas can with paint brushes on it and caught it on fire some how. We definitely thought we were in trouble when Pops found that one out but he just shook his head at us. I have lots of memories with pops. He will be greatly missed.

Marie and family, we will be praying for you during this difficult time.  We have such sweet memories of your entire family.  May God grant a peace that passes all understanding.

Marie,  Rick and I were so sad to hear of Tim's passing from brother Mike.  He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to share or a joke to tell. I have no doubt we will all meet again at the marriage supper and he will be saving us a seat!
