Harold was an Industrial Engineering graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University's Class of 1951. He retired from International Paper Company. He was a Deacon Meritus and long-time member of Orcutt Baptist Church in Newport News.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Pearl Harlowe; sister and brother-in-law, Doris H. and A. Mark Dooley; brother, Floyd E. Harlow. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Dreama K. Harlowe; daughter, Kelley W. Crawford and her husband, Ronald E. Crawford; granddaughter, Robyn K. Walters; niece, Patricia Borg; and nephew, Floyd E. Harlow, Jr.
A celebration of Harold's life will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday, November 27, 2016 in the mausoleum chapel at Parklawn Memorial Park.
