Obituary of Jack Farrell Roney
Jack Farrell Roney, 80, passed away on May 19, 2018 at the Hospice House of Williamsburg. He was born in Burlington, North Carolina. Jack owned his own company, Jack Roney Drywall, and was a drywall contractor for 55 years retiring in January of 2018. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nina and Edgar Allen Roney; brothers, Jimmy Roney, Ned Roney, and Ray Roney; and sisters, Mattie Joe Roney and Doris Murry. He is survived by his brothers, Van Roney (Ann) and Bruce Roney (Peggy) and sister, Faye Dudney. A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Faith Baptist Church, 100 Blackburn Lane, Hampton, Virginia 23666.
