Janie Elliott Sabillo, 80, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012. Janie was born in Nelson, Virginia on Sunday, January 17, 1932, a daughter of the late Clifton and Louise Redd Elliott and was a resident of Poquoson for 28 years.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Benjamin Sabillo; 4 sons, Gary Miller, James Miller, John Miller and Angel L. Quintana II; 2 daughters, Sandy Mancini and Susan Ackerman; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, Clyde Elliott, Paul Elliott and John Elliott.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, November 30, 2012 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Janie's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 1, at Liberty Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Hampton-Veterans Memorial Gardens.
