Jeannette is preceded in death by her husband Dick Parsell and her mother Leta Fowler.
Left to cherish her memory are her son Mark Parsell (Connie); grandsons, Nicholas Parsell, Eric Parsell, James Turner; daughter in spirit Linda Fightmaster.
The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday November 23, 2021 at Ivy Memorial Baptist Church 2200 Coliseum Dr. Hampton, VA 23666. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Parklawn Memorial Park.
