Jessie Faye Bailey, age 97, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018. She was born in Yancey County, North Carolina and was a resident of Newport News, Virginia.
A celebration of Mrs. Bailey’s life will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, November 17, 2018 Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park, officiated by Celebrant Bert Rait.
