Josette Pascale Loviner

Born in France on March 31, 1934, Josette grew up during World War II before marrying an American solider and immigrating to the United States in 1955. She eventually settled in Hampton, where she built a life centered around her family, her home, and her strong Christian faith. She was known for her talent and passion for cooking, decorating, and sewing, as well as her warmth and care for those around her.

Josette was preceded in death by her beloved husband; her daughter Connie, and her grandson Joshua.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie; her son John; great granddaughter Brooke, her niece Claudine Womble; and her sister Claudette Bates. She also leaves behind many cherished friends, especially Kay and Kelly, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply.

A memorial service will be held at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home, 2551 North Armistead Avenue Hampton, Virginia 23666, on August 17, 2026 at 11:00am.
