Joyce Kay Jenkins

Joyce was a retired LPN and member of Dana Baptist Church in Hendersonville, North Carolina. She and her husband, David, were avid travelers and visited all 50 of the United States.

Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Jenkins, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Baker and her husband, Scott; son, David Lee Jenkins, Jr. and his wife, Suzanne; three grandchildren, Joshua Jenkins and wife, Heather, Scott Baker, Jr. and his partner, Brandi, and Caitlin Zimmerman and husband, Aaron; three great-grandchildren, Adrionna, Taylor, and Cassandra; brother, George Vernon Hebb IV and wife, Janice; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Spring Arbor of Williamsburg with Rev. Ronald Strong officiating. Entombment in Hampton-Veterans Memorial Gardens will be private.
