Julian was a graduate of Woodside High School and a senior at Norfolk State University, having earned a full academic scholarship towards his degree. In the spring 2025 graduation, he will posthumously receive his Bachelor's of Science in General Business - Entrepreneurship. He also worked at the Newport News Shipyard.
He was a precocious child who always had a smile and a wave; there wasn’t a negative bone in his body. He was a beautiful, kind-hearted soul who never passed judgment on others. As a young man, he radiated confidence, dressed to impress, and commanded every room that he walked into, but he had nothing but warmth and love to share. He was an avid sports fan, so if he wasn’t with his friends or playing his PS5, he could be found cheering on the New York Yankees and the Baltimore Ravens.
Julian was universally loved and respected by those who came to know him, and his loss leaves an emptiness that can’t be replaced. He is survived by a host of loved ones and friends who will miss him beyond measure.
A visitation for Julian will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 North Armistead Ave, Hampton, Virginia 23666, followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM. A repast will take place at 7:00 PM at The Event Center, 227 E Mercury Boulevard, Hampton, VA 23669.
