Kay Stanton Eason, 78, passed away at Regency Healthcare in Yorktown on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. She was a native of Perquimans County, NC and had been a resident of Newport News for the majority of her life.
Kay graduated from CNC and was a retired teacher. She was a member of First United Methodist and GNO (Girls Night Out).
Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Emmitt E. Eason; and her son, Emmitt E. Eason, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Debra E. Brantley and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Andrew Blake Zuskin and Kayla Elizabeth Reed; and brother, Thomas W. Stanton.
A graveside service will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, December 12, at Parklawn Memorial Park.
