Kimberly Anne Haynie, 37, of Yorktown, Virginia passed away on September 19, 2018 at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia surrounded by her family. She was born April 9, 1981 at Hampton General Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. Kimberly loved her family, shopping and traveling particularly to Florida. She was devoted to her family and lived a wonderful life.
Kimberly was preceded in rest by her paternal grandfather, Franklin N. Bryant, Sr., and maternal grandparents, Mary and Arlege Perkins. She is survived by her wonderful loving husband, Thomas Alexander (Alex) Haynie; daughter, Mackayla Bryant; three sons, Joseph Bryant, Anthony Burket and Evan Haynie; two step-daughters, Hayley Haynie and Mckenzie Haynie; step-son, Nathaniel Haynie; mother, Linda Perkins Nassif (Patrick) of Charles Town, West Virginia; father, Franklin N. Bryant, Jr. (Cathleen) of Newport News, Virginia; brother, Adam Neverson Bryant (Ashton) of Poquoson, Virginia; paternal grandmother, Dolores Bryant; sister, Alaynia A. Nassif of Charles Town, West Virginia; step-sister, Katie O'Donnell; and three nieces, Alivia Bryant, Allie Bryant and Addison Bryant of Poquoson, Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park. A celebration of Kimberly’s life will follow in the chapel. Interment will be at Parklawn Memorial Park.
