Lorriane Elizabeth Lasher

Lorraine was born in Dubois, Pennsylvania to Clarence and Ruth Bailey. The miliary brought them to Hampton, Virginia. Lorraine married Robert R. Lasher and they spent 69 blessed years together, having four children: Robert L. Lasher, Vicki Henson (Ralph), Linda Elder, and Steven Lasher (Virginia).

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandma, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed taking care of her family, reading books and the Bible. She attended Church of the Nazarene and Bible Way Church and through her Christian faith, spent many happy years as a Sunday School Teacher.

Lorraine is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ruth Bailey.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert R. Lasher; children: Robert L. Lasher, Vicki Henson (Ralph), Linda Elder, and Steven Lasher (Virginia); grandchildren, Lee Lasher (Michelle), Jennifer Bollinger (Joey), Brian Henson, Stephen Elder, Thomas Lasher, and Nicholas Henson; great grandchild, Zoey Bollinger.

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held at Parklawn Memorial Park, located at 2551 North Armistead Ave, Hampton, Virginia, 23666. The service is scheduled for October 24, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
