Lou and Gladys were good friends of ours for many years; we enjoyed many meals and laughter together, visits to bluegrass shows, and home and garage jams. Lou was a very kind and knowledgeable man who loved his country and bluegrass music.
He worked on several community activities in the area helping the needy.
Lou will be missed by many friends and musicians in the area. Our love and sorry goes out to his family and friends. We will play again for him one day when we meet him in heaven. Members of Harbor Towne Band.

Our condolences to the Kopp family...Jim & Carol Richardson

I remember Lou fondly as we worked ICCC Bingo since its inception in 1979 thru 2005 when I retired from it and it was abandoned.

He was an inspiration to us as Carol shared working the food pantry with him over many years.
