Louise Ayers Carter, 82, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Born in Martin County, North Carolina, she was a resident of Newport News for 14 years and was a member of Williamsburg United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by parents, a sister, and brothers. She is survived by her children, Linda Price of Hampton, John S. Carter of New Jersey, and Kathy Henning of Toano; four grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
