I will miss Mrs. Lucy at church. She always had a giving spirit. She called me this summer to come pick up some snacks for our church VBS. She said she could not physically help anymore but she could help provide snacks. She was a delightful lady.

For more than a week I have had Lucy on my heart. So much so that I decided I would drive to Virginia to visit her.  Today, I hear she has passed.  I am convinced she came by my house to say good bye.  I loved her dearly.  Peggy Lehmberg.

David and I have only known Lucy a few years. She went on a trip to PA with us one time and we all had a ball.She was fun, funny, loving and so kind. Her beautiful smile and personality will certainly be missed at Riverside Baptist.

I am going to miss a favorite aunt who cared about me even back in my childhood days.  She always had a big smile and a great sense of humor.  I remember a few years ago when she spent the weekend with us in Emporia when I was visiting my folks.  My husband Mitch was there and he laughed and said that my mother Margie, Aunt Lucy and I never stopped talking the whole weekend.  He couldn't believe we had so much to talk about!  She was lovely and will be missed so much by her family and friends. My thoughts are especially with DeEtte, Denny, Vicky and the grandkids and greatgrands.  Love to all, Gwynn

We are truly sorry for your loss.  Lucy has always been a great Blessing to us and our family.  We served together at Riverside Baptist Church in the children's ministry.
