She began her working career in New York as a secretary for The Weekly Underwriter an Insurance Newspaper. Margaret worked for the law offices of Gen. Edgar Sclater Montague as a legal secretary in the mid to late 1950’s. She then worked for the Avon Company in the 1970’s. She was of the Catholic Faith, and her main focus of her life was caring for her family.
Margaret was preceded in rest by her husband, William Norton Kelly; and her parents, Giuseppe and Domenica Catanzaro. Surviving members of her family include her daughter, Margie Congrove; and grandson, Billy Congrove.
