

Mary Malinda Mullins passed away on October 27, 2025. She was born on May 16, 1945, to Evelyn Mullins (Guy) and William Paragon. After becoming a widow, she moved to Williamsburg, VA where she lived for many years and most recently moved to Hampton, VA. Malinda is survived by her children William Ervin Mullins, Jr. (Georgia) of Williamsburg, VA, Melissa Ann Mullins (John B. Jones, Jr.) of Hampton, VA, and Jason Todd Mullins of South Yarmouth, MA. She is also survived by her brothers Carrol Lee Parrigan (Carol Jean) of York, PA, William Paragon of York, PA, Buford Alan Mullins (Lisa) of Clinchco, VA, her sister Patricia Young (Andy) of Grove City, OH, and multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Malinda retired from Stein Mart after a long career in retail. She enjoyed cooking for her family, friends, and coworkers over the years. She loved watching Food Network and movies, reading a wide variety of books, and spending time with her family. Malinda’s friendly personality, infectious smile, and genuine care for others helped her make friends wherever she went. She had many stories from a long full life and was happiest when spending time with her kids, grandkids, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be held in York, PA at a later date.
