Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Keller Gough and Sadie Chambers Gough and her husband, Fred C. Balmer. She is survived by two sons, Fred C. Balmer, Jr. and wife, Karen, and David Balmer and wife, Brenda; brother, Frank Gough; four grandchildren, Hunter and Lindsey Balmer, Kimberly Foster, and Matthew Proffitt; seven great-grandchildren; four nieces; and three nephews.
Millie wished to be cremated and requested no services.
Her life was well lived, Rest in Peace.
