Nettie Patricia Howe

Patricia was born in Galesburg, Illinois to parents, Virginia and Edgar Henson. Patricia spent 51 years married to her beloved husband, Michael L. Howe, together they raised three daughters and Patricia was a dedicated homemaker. She was also a longtime member of the Langley Baptist Church, where she spent many years volunteering in the nursery, as well as active in the scrapbooking community, and was passionate about learning and preserving her family heritage.

She was preceded in rest by her parents, Virginia Henson and Edgar Melvin Henson; four siblings, Brenda, Edgar, Timothy, and Melvin.

Patricia is survived by her beloved husband, Michael L. Howe; daughters, Lisa A. Campbell, Sabrina Y. Pierce (Darrin), and Tabitha L. Howe; Grandchildren, Michaela L. Dempsey, Michael B. Butts Jr., Andrew C. Pennington, Sheyenne Y. Pierce; Brother, Kenneth Henson; Father, William R. Henson; Sisters, Viola Henson, Rose Henson, Melissa Henson, and Frances Seals (Randy).

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Ave. Hampton, Virginia, for a public visitation. The Celebration of Life funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Langley Baptist Church, 116 Little Back River Rd., Hampton, Virginia, with interment to follow, at Hampton Memorial Gardens, 155 Butler Farm Rd. Hampton, Virginia, 23666. Pastor Ben Barrow will be officiating services for Mrs. Nettie"Patricia" Howe.
