Oscar Hudson

Oscar Wiley Hudson, 85, passed away on October 25, 2019. He was born in Scotland Neck, NC and was raised and attended schools in Poquoson, Va. A retired locksmith, Oscar formerly served in the Korean War, Hampton Police Department and a mechanic at Thompson Ford.

He will be greatly missed by family and fondly remembered by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley and Jessie Hudson, and his brother, Richard Hudson. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Beatrice; his children, Lois Huffman (Juan), Linda Ambrose, Ben Hudson (Linda), Earl Hudson, sisters Norma Proto of New Haven, Ct. and Nola Coates of Williamsburg, six grandchildren, Christopher Lee Huffman, Kimberly Nicole Bundy, Leigh Anna Lynch, Tereasa Lynn Ambrose, Brenda Sue Ambrose, Beatrice Noranna Calkins, six great grandchildren, Austin Bundy, Angel McIntire, Trey Ambrose, Nicholas Maurmeier, Christopher Calkins, Sydney Ruth Calkins, and one great-great grandchild, Arabella Adamarie Bundy-Lopez, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2019 at Langley Christian Church 175 Fox Hill Rd Hampton, VA 23669.
