She was a native of Chicago, IL, but was a resident of Dyer, IN for 15 years before relocating to Hampton, VA.
Patricia was employed as a Dept. of the Army Civilian, where she worked as a S-1 in the 93 Signal Brigade. She retired from this position in June of 2016 after 34+ years of service.
Patricia was a proud member of the Colonial Model-A Club and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in rest by her parents and her siblings. Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Ray Harp and her sons, David P. Harp and Michael D. Harp.
