To all of Tricia's family,
I am so sorry to hear of Tricia's unexpected passing and am heartbroken (except we know she is now with God).  Tricia was more than a step-family member. She was always so kind and welcoming (so much like her mother). She always opened her home and heart to us and everyone who knew her. She was gentle and kind and never seemed to get frazzled. She always had a smile on her face, a hand to extend to help, and a heart with which to love.

I'm not sure if you remember me, but I used to babysit for the two of you many years ago.  I used to love to listen to your mom and dad's Jimmy Buffet Cds! I ran into your mom about six years ago and she told me of your father's passing.  I was saddened by the news but amazed at how strong your mother was.  She was a wonderful person who thought the world of the two of you. I am so sorry for the losses you have had to bear.  Find peace in that your mom and dad are together again and both looking over you from a better place.  I will think of your parents every time I hear a Jimmy Buffet song!  Your family will always have a special place in my heart.

When I think of Tricia, there are so many things, but one that stands out for me is how she never missed a chance to express her thanks and appreciation.  Who sends hand-written notes in the mail any more?  Tricia did.  If we had a gathering, a day or two later a thank you note would arrive from Tricia.  If we did something as ordinary as go out to dinner, by the next time I got on-line, there would be an email from Tricia saying "thanks for the great time."  She did not take the smallest of happiness for granted.  She took the time to let us all know that we were special to her.  May we take a lesson from Tricia, and let those we love know how much they mean to us.  Michael/Wallace/Tweedy clan, Tricia was our connection to you...please keep us "in the family"...we feel like we are one of you.

Elizabeth, John, and the entire Wallace family - my heart aches for you during this time of sorrow. Your Mom (loving friend), sister, and Aunt was a beacon of light in the lives of those she touched. She was a kind, generous and compassionate woman who earned her wings while here on earth and she will be your guardian angel for the rest of your life.

I feel like I've lost a member of my own family.  Tricia was the little sister of my dear friend of many years. Our families grew up together in many ways.  My most sincere sympathy to all those who were a part of her life.

Trica was my office manager years ago at my first job at law office. She was always such a great person and always had a lovely spirit. I am sorry to hear of her passing.

Tricia,you are my most loved, loyal and dearest friend. Since our days together at Lindsay Jr. High, then H.H.S., then throughout most of our adult lives, there was not a minute when anyone meant more to me than you.  I was shocked and saddened to hear of Tricia's death.  Tricia and I were Classmates at Hampton High School, Class of '73.  Tricia was very sweet and kind in high school and continued to be the same as an adult.  We would run into each other every now and then at the Hampton Commonwealth's Attorney's Office.  She will be greatly missed.  Please accept my deepest sympathies.  May God bless you all.

I feel blessed to have known Trish and Craig as both friends and fellow workers. Trish was a rock for all who knew her and depended upon her cool judgment and unflappable demeanor. She looked for the best in everyone and asked little for herself. We will all miss her but feel stronger for knowing her. God Bless Elizabeth and John and our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Though the suddenness of Tricia’s passing comes as a terrible shock, what a blessing it is to know that she and her beloved Craig are together again, free from all pain, suffering and the worries and cares of this life.  In the days to come, I hope that the memories of happier times and knowing that she is safely home will help ease the loss of one too soon taken. Remembering you all in my prayers...
