Patricia "Patty" Rose Boehme, 68, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 20, 2011. She was born in Herrin, IL and was a lifetime resident of the Peninsula. Patty was employed as a retail associate with Macy's Department Store in Hampton. She had a deep love for animals her entire life, and loved her furry grandchildren also.
Patty is preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Revonda Cohen. She is survived by her son, Chris J. Garver (Towana) of Hampton; daughters, Jamie S. Blanks (Kenny) and Ashley C. Hall (Eric), both of Hampton; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 22, 2011 at Peninsula Memorial Park, in Newport News.
