Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Janet Howell and Shelby Brown. She is survived by her son, Mark Hancock and wife, Stephanie; daughter, Deborah Hancock; grandson, Bradford Hancock; nephew, Douglas W. Brown, Jr., and wife, Eileen; and aunt, Ruby Binder.
The family will receive friends from 11:00am to 12:00pm on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Patsy’s life will begin at 12:00pm. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
